Wednesday's album I loved in 2020: , Inlet Hum is almost the perfect music for me--bordering on heavy, somewhat drudgy, still oddly cheerful. I thought their two best albums were as good as music got. Then, this:

Tuesday's album I loved in 2020: , Come Back Road My ears perked up when I heard "We all knew she was too good for Kansas" in Better Off Gone and my newfound love of country accelerated like an F-150 on a gravel road.

And perhaps more important: the "hidden" number of Covid victims due to the economic damage of all this: between 88 and 115 million worldwide pushed back under $1.90/day. That's more abstract, of course, and so harder for people to grasp.

Athens, Greece (2002) - It wouldn't be long before vandals broke out the big windows in the background AND the team stopped paying the bill for heating oil and we'd need to WARM UP wearing stocking caps.

WAY better. It's fun to have arrived late so I can go back and analyze in full!
